(Queue)
Bruno Mars
Best Available
Ticketmaster Thailand

What to Expect When Bruno Mars Tickets
Go on Sale
Planning to buy tickets to Bruno Mars in Bangkok?
We have made some improvements, so the ticket buying process will look a little different from what you may be used to.
We are introducing a Waiting Room, an improved queue Queue and Best Available ticket selection to make the process faster, seamless and more secure.
Take a few minutes to read about what will be different, so once tickets go on sale you will easily be able to navigate the new features.
Before the sale
You will need a verified Ticketmaster Thailand account to buy Bruno Mars tickets.
Your Ticketmaster Thailand account is separate from any existing ThaiTicketMajor account. ThaiTicketMajor account details cannot be used to sign in or purchase tickets at Ticketmaster.co.th.
We recommend creating your account, checking your details and completing any required verification before tickets go on sale.
How the Waiting Room and Queue work
The Waiting Room and Queue is Ticketmaster’s way to keep things fair, secure and smooth for every fan.
Instead of just waiting for the sale to start on the event page, you’ll be placed in a Waiting Room with other fans. Then once the sale starts, instead of every fan being let in at once to purchase tickets, you’ll be placed in a Queue and assigned a queue number.
The Queue helps us to deliver improved protections against bots. We will also provide live ticket availability updates while you wait for your turn to buy tickets.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Find the Bruno Mars event on ticketmaster.co.th
- Sign into your verified Ticketmaster Thailand account.
- Join the Waiting Room upto 60 minutes before the sale starts. There is no need to join hours in advance, as it will not impact your chances of getting tickets.
- When the sale starts, the Queue opens and fans in the Waiting Room will be assigned a random position in the Queue.
*A place in the Queue does not guarantee tickets. Tickets are limited and remain subject to availability.
How Best Available ticket selection works
For selected events, such as Bruno Mars, you will have the option to choose your own seats or let Ticketmaster assign you the Best Available seats, saving you precious time.
Best Available selection helps fans secure available tickets more quickly and reduces queue wait times for everyone.
Once you reach the ticket purchase page:
- Choose your preferred ticket category.
- Select ‘Best Available’ and the number of tickets you’d like to purchase.
- The system will offer the best available tickets matching your selection.
- Review your tickets and complete payment within the time shown on screen.
Create and verify your Ticketmaster Thailand account
If you do not already have an account:
- Visit ticketmaster.co.th and click Sign In/Register.
- Enter your email address.
- If no Ticketmaster Thailand account is linked to that address, follow the prompts to create one.
- Complete any required verification steps, which may include entering a one-time password (OTP).
If you do not receive your OTP, please reach out to Customer Service at [email protected]
