ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

1. บัตรชมการแสดงที่ใช้เข้างานได้ มีเพียงบัตร Mobile Tickets ที่ออกโดยไทยทิคเก็ตเมเจอร์ เท่านั้น โปรดเก็บข้อมูลรวมถึง QR Code บนบัตรของคุณเป็นความลับ บัตรจะถูกใช้เข้างานได้เพียงครั้งเดียว ทางผู้จัดงาน จะไม่รับผิดชอบหากข้อมูลบนบัตรของคุณรั่วไหล หรือถูกนำไปใช้โดยมิชอบ

2. ผู้ถือบัตรทุกคนจะต้องแสดงตัวพร้อมบัตรที่มีชื่อ-นามสกุลตรงกับบัตรประชาชนใบขับขี่ พาสปอร์ต หรือเอกสารทางราชการอื่น เพื่อเข้าชมงาน โดยไม่อนุญาตให้มีการใช้ชื่อซ้ำ หรือใช้ชื่อผู้อื่นในการเข้างาน

3. เพื่อให้เข้างานได้ ผู้ถือบัตรอาจถูกขอให้แสดงเอกสารต่อไปนี้ควบคู่กับบัตรของตน:

• บัตรประจำตัวที่มีรูปถ่าย (เช่น บัตรประชาชน หนังสือเดินทาง หรือใบขับขี่)

4. บัตรคอนเสิร์ตถือเป็นทรัพย์สินของผู้จัดงานตลอดไป ผู้จัดงาน ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกบัตรโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

5. บัตรของคุณถูกขายโดยผู้จัดงานโดยตรงให้กับผู้ชม บัตรใดๆ ที่ซื้อจากหน่วยงานธุรกิจหรือผู้ค้าที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการขายบัตรจะถูกยกเลิก การซื้อบัตรถือเป็นการยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้อันเป็นการยืนยันว่าคุณเป็นผู้ชม

7. บัตรของคุณจะถูกปฏิเสธการเข้างานหากบัตรถูกดัดแปลง ปลอมแปลง ทำซ้ำ หรือไม่สามารถตรวจสอบความถูกต้องได้

8. เฉพาะบัตรที่ซื้อผ่านตัวแทนขายบัตรอย่างเป็นทางการเท่านั้นจึงจะสามารถใช้เข้าชมการแสดงได้ มิฉะนั้นผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการเข้าชม

9. โปรดระวังมิจฉาชีพที่แฝงมาในรูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น การรับจองบัตรคอนเสิร์ต การให้โค้ดจอง การซื้อ-ขายบัตรคอนเสิร์ตนอกระบบ การแอบอ้างเป็นพนักงานของบริษัทผู้จัดงาน เป็นต้น โปรดทราบว่า ทางผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการให้สิทธิประโยชน์ของบัตรชมคอนเสิร์ตโดยยึดตามข้อมูลของผู้ซื้อบัตรคอนเสิร์ตจากผู้จัดงานเท่านั้น และจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆ หากเกิดความเสียหายในกรณีที่ลูกค้าซื้อบัตรคอนเสิร์ตจากบุคคลที่สาม ทั้งนี้ การตัดสินของผู้จัดงาน ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

10. ในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ, คำสั่งภาครัฐ หรือเหตุการณ์ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของผู้จัด ผู้จัดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเลื่อน หรือยกเลิกการแสดง โดยเงื่อนไขการคืนเงิน (ถ้ามี) จะเป็นไปตามที่ผู้จัดกำหนด

11.การซื้อบัตรคอนเสิร์ตหมายถึงผู้ซื้อยอมรับตามข้อตกลงที่ทางผู้จัดงานกำหนดข้างต้นแล้วทุกประการ

12. สงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินหรือแลกเปลี่ยนใด ๆ ทุกกรณีหากท่านทำบัตรเข้าชมการแสดงหาย หรือไม่มาแสดงตัวเพื่อรับสิทธิประโยชน์ของวีไอพีตามวันและเวลาที่กำหนด

1. Only Mobile Tickets issued by ThaiTicketMajor are valid for entry. Please keep your ticket and QR code confidential. Tickets are for single use only. The organizer is not responsible for lost or misused ticket information.
2. All ticket holders must present an ID with the exact name matching the ticket (national ID, driver’s license, passport, or other government ID). No duplicate or alternate names allowed.
3. For entry, ticket holders may be asked to show:
   ● Photo ID (e.g., national ID, passport, or driver’s license)

4. Tickets remain the property of the event organizer and may be canceled without prior notice.
