ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

1. บัตรชมการแสดงที่ใช้เข้างานได้ มีเพียงบัตร Mobile Tickets ที่ออกโดยไทยทิคเก็ตเมเจอร์ เท่านั้น โปรดเก็บข้อมูลรวมถึง QR Code บนบัตรของคุณเป็นความลับ บัตรจะถูกใช้เข้างานได้เพียงครั้งเดียว ทางผู้จัดงาน จะไม่รับผิดชอบหากข้อมูลบนบัตรของคุณรั่วไหล หรือถูกนำไปใช้โดยมิชอบ

2. ผู้ถือบัตรทุกคนจะต้องแสดงตัวพร้อมบัตรที่มีชื่อ-นามสกุลตรงกับบัตรประชาชนใบขับขี่ พาสปอร์ต หรือเอกสารทางราชการอื่น เพื่อเข้าชมงาน โดยไม่อนุญาตให้มีการใช้ชื่อซ้ำ หรือใช้ชื่อผู้อื่นในการเข้างาน

3. เพื่อให้เข้างานได้ ผู้ถือบัตรอาจถูกขอให้แสดงเอกสารต่อไปนี้ควบคู่กับบัตรของตน:

• บัตรประจำตัวที่มีรูปถ่าย (เช่น บัตรประชาชน หนังสือเดินทาง หรือใบขับขี่)
• อีเมลยืนยันการซื้อบัตร

4. บัตรคอนเสิร์ตถือเป็นทรัพย์สินของผู้จัดงานตลอดไป ผู้จัดงาน ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกบัตรโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

5. บัตรของคุณถูกขายโดยผู้จัดงานโดยตรงให้กับผู้ชม บัตรใดๆ ที่ซื้อจากหน่วยงานธุรกิจหรือผู้ค้าที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการขายบัตรจะถูกยกเลิก การซื้อบัตรถือเป็นการยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้อันเป็นการยืนยันว่าคุณเป็นผู้ชม

6. บัตรของคุณจะถูกยกเลิกทันทีหากพบการขายต่อหรือเสนอขาย บัตรที่ขายผ่านบุคคลที่สามและผู้ค้าอื่นๆ ที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต รวมถึงเว็บไซต์ประมูลออนไลน์ จะไม่สามารถใช้เข้าชมได้ การขายบัตรซ้ำจะทำให้บัตรใช้งานไม่ได้ ไม่ถูกต้อง และอาจนำไปสู่การปฏิเสธการเข้างานและ/หรือปฏิเสธการได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์หรือสิทธิพิเศษอื่นๆ

7. บัตรของคุณจะถูกปฏิเสธการเข้างานหากบัตรถูกดัดแปลง ปลอมแปลง ทำซ้ำ หรือไม่สามารถตรวจสอบความถูกต้องได้

8. เฉพาะบัตรที่ซื้อผ่านตัวแทนขายบัตรอย่างเป็นทางการเท่านั้นจึงจะสามารถใช้เข้าชมการแสดงได้ มิฉะนั้นผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการเข้าชม

9. โปรดระวังมิจฉาชีพที่แฝงมาในรูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น การรับจองบัตรคอนเสิร์ต การให้โค้ดจอง การซื้อ-ขายบัตรคอนเสิร์ตนอกระบบ การแอบอ้างเป็นพนักงานของบริษัทผู้จัดงาน เป็นต้น โปรดทราบว่า ทางผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการให้สิทธิประโยชน์ของบัตรชมคอนเสิร์ตโดยยึดตามข้อมูลของผู้ซื้อบัตรคอนเสิร์ตจากผู้จัดงานเท่านั้น และจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆ หากเกิดความเสียหายในกรณีที่ลูกค้าซื้อบัตรคอนเสิร์ตจากบุคคลที่สาม ทั้งนี้ การตัดสินของผู้จัดงาน ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

10. กรณีบัตรยืนสูญหาย ผู้จัดงานขอปฏิเสธการออกบัตรทดแทน และไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินหลังการซื้อได้ในทุกกรณี

11. ในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ, คำสั่งภาครัฐ หรือเหตุการณ์ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของผู้จัด ผู้จัดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเลื่อน หรือยกเลิกการแสดง โดยเงื่อนไขการคืนเงิน (ถ้ามี) จะเป็นไปตามที่ผู้จัดกำหนด

12.การซื้อบัตรคอนเสิร์ตหมายถึงผู้ซื้อยอมรับตามข้อตกลงที่ทางผู้จัดงานกำหนดข้างต้นแล้วทุกประการ

13. สงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินหรือแลกเปลี่ยนใด ๆ ทุกกรณีหากท่านทำบัตรเข้าชมการแสดงหาย หรือไม่มาแสดงตัวเพื่อรับสิทธิประโยชน์ของวีไอพีตามวันและเวลาที่กำหนด

14. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดเงื่อนไข โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

KATSEYE: THE WILDWORLD TOUR

Today, KATSEYE announced the extension of their sold-out WILDWORLD TOUR, adding new dates across Asia, Australia and New Zealand in 2027. Promoted by Live Nation, the newly announced leg will kick off January 27 at Yokohama Arena in Yokohama, Japan, before making stops in Manila, Hong Kong, Seoul, Cebu, Singapore, Bangkok and Taipei. The tour will then head to Australia for shows in Sydney and Melbourne before wrapping up at Spark Arena in Auckland on March 5. See below for the full itinerary.

The new dates follow sold-out runs across Europe, the UK and North America, where the tour is currently underway. When the WILDWORLD TOUR was first announced in May, tickets sold out in under 48 hours, making it one of the most anticipated tours of the year. The tour officially kicked off September 1 at Dublin’s 3Arena, with stops in London, Manchester, Paris, Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte and more. The North American leg continues this Friday at Bell Centre in Montreal.

How will the sale work during the EYEKONS Membership Presale?

Only EYEKONS Weverse Global Membership holders who have registered for the EYEKONS Membership Presale on Weverse, will be eligible to purchase tickets during the presale.

When it’s your turn to shop, your EYEKONS Weverse Global Membership Number (starting with KE+9 digits) will be required to unlock the tickets. There is no additional presale code needed. 

Please save your EYEKONS Weverse Global Membership Number somewhere easily accessible so you can reference it quickly during the sale.

ONLY your GLOBAL Membership number will be validated.

How do I find my EYEKONS Weverse Global Membership Number?

Follow these simple steps:

1. Open the Weverse app and open KATSEYE Weverse
2. Tap the “Membership” icon
3. Click on “View Membership Details” under your “EYEKONS Membership” to access your mobile membership card
4. Find your 9-digit EYEKONS Membership Number on the card starting with KE
5. For the show in Bangkok, only the GLOBAL Membership will be eligible

Additional Important Details

• For ticket purchases on pre-sale and first day of general on-sale, ticket purchasers may log in 1 hour prior to sale starts. Visit this link to see details.
• Your full names will be required to purchase tickets. Each attendee can have their name on only one ticket per show (1 name per 1 ticket per 1 show). The name must be in English only, and must match your identification document (such as Thai ID card, Passport) upon entry. Please review your booking information before making payment. The names on tickets cannot be changed or transferred.
• Online ticket purchases can be made by credit card, debit card, Pay with QR Promtpay, True Wallet, and Shopee Pay only.
• Installment payments are available through participating credit/debit cards and other payment channels. Please check the specific terms and conditions with your chosen payment provider.
• Payment by credit card, debit card, True Wallet, Shopee Pay, Alipay, Wechat pay, QR Promtpay processing fee 3%
• Ticket prices are not automatically adjusted based on purchasing behaviour, time, or market demand.
• The actual ticket price payable by the buyer will be clearly displayed on the ticketing system after the buyer has selected their seat or standing zone and before confirming payment. By making a payment, the buyer is deemed to have reviewed and accepted the ticket price, any additional package benefits (if any), and all costs. The price paid is the final price at the time of completion and is non-refundable, regardless of any subsequent price differences for other zones or at different times.

Terms and Conditions

1. Only Mobile Tickets issued by ThaiTicketMajor are valid for entry. Please keep your ticket and QR code confidential. Tickets are for single use only. The organizer is not responsible for lost or misused ticket information.
2. All ticket holders must present an ID with the exact name matching the ticket (national ID, driver’s license, passport, or other government ID). No duplicate or alternate names allowed.
3. For entry, ticket holders may be asked to show:
   ● Photo ID (e.g., national ID, passport, or driver’s license)
   ● Ticket purchase confirmation email
4. Tickets remain the property of the event organizer and may be canceled without prior notice.
5. Tickets are sold directly by the organizer to fans only. Tickets sold by unauthorized dealers or businesses violating these terms will be canceled. Purchase of tickets confirms acceptance of these terms.
6. Tickets will be canceled immediately if found to have been resold or offered through unauthorized third parties or auction websites. Such tickets will be invalidated, and entry will be denied along with possible loss of privileges.
7. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry if the ticket is altered, forged, duplicated, or unverifiable.
8. Only tickets purchased through official ticket sellers are valid for entry. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission otherwise.
9. Beware of scammers posing as official sellers, offering fake reservation codes, or selling tickets outside of official channels. The organizer only honors ticket buyer information from official sales and is not responsible for losses from third-party purchases. The organizer’s decision is final.
10. Lost standing tickets will not be reissued or refunded.
11. In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, government orders, or events beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event. Refund conditions (if any) will follow organizer’s policies.
12. Purchasing tickets means full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
13. You must show up on the appointed date and time to redeem your VIP Package privileges. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be made under any circumstances if you lose your ticket or fail to show up on the assigned date and time
